Submitting the screening or paying for a consultation does not entitle you to a letter. Only a licensed clinician can decide whether an emotional support animal is clinically appropriate for you, and that decision is theirs alone.
No government agency maintains a registry of emotional support animals. Certificates, ID cards, vests, and registration numbers have no legal force. The only document that matters is a letter signed by a licensed mental health professional.
